Rachel Lewis is the founder and co-owner of InBlume Salon and Atelier, a devoted mom to her son Owen, and a talented stylist specializing in all aspects of hair colour. She has a passion for low maintenance lived-in colour while also on the complete other end of the spectrum loves creative vivid colours. With a passion for eco conscious sustainability and a commitment to excellence, Rachel has created a welcoming space in North Vancouver where clients can enjoy luxurious, eco-friendly beauty services. Her expertise and warmth ensure that every visit to InBlume is a cherished moment of self-care.

Alix Taylor is the co-owner of InBlume Salon and Atelier, specializing in blondes, lived-in colour, and beautiful colour transformations. An award-winning hairstylist and former educator, Alix brings years of experience, technical expertise, and a creative eye to every appointment.

From soft, dimensional lived-in blondes and effortless balayage to rich, vibrant redheads and everything in between, Alix is passionate about creating colour that feels personalized and beautifully wearable. She has a keen eye for tone, dimension, and placement, with a focus on creating seamless results that grow out naturally and complement each client’s features and lifestyle.

For Alix, great colour is all about enhancing what makes each client unique. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh, a signature blonde, or a complete colour transformation, her goal is to create hair that feels effortless, confident, and distinctly you.

Meet Taia, a talented hairstylist and integral member of the InBlume team. Beginning her career under the mentorship of Alix, Taia has continued to grow her skills and passion for the craft, bringing her own fresh perspective and creativity to the salon.

Taia specializes in beautiful blonde transformations, lived-in colour, and working with curly hair to enhance each client’s natural texture and personality. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for what she does, she creates personalized looks that feel effortless, modern, and uniquely suited to each client.

Stylist

With over three decades behind the chair, Kim brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and a genuine love of hair to every appointment. Her career began in Toronto, where she worked alongside some of the city’s leading salons and had the opportunity to have her work featured in Canadian Hairdresser, Hello! Canada, The Toronto Star, and Sposa Italia.

After moving to BC in 2009, Kim continued to evolve her craft, adding colour to her expertise alongside her longstanding passion for cutting and styling.

For Kim, great hair is about more than following trends. It’s about understanding each person, their style, and how they live. Inspired by beauty, design, and wellness, she creates effortless, personalized looks that feel as good as they look — and fit naturally into everyday life.
